Asia Industrial Estate Co., Ltd. (AIE) was established in 1989, and at present its registered capital is Baht 7,950 million (USD 265 million). We are the leader of industrial estate in Thailand. Asia Industrial Estate Map Ta Phut (AIEMTP) is a large scale industrial estate on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard. AIEMTP, which is jointly managed by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (I-EA-T), encompasses 3,220 Rai (515 hectares) of land. Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi (AIES) is the largest industrial estate near Suvarnabhumi airport (The largest airport in Thailand) in Khlong Suan, Preng, Ban Ra Kat, and Bang Phli Noi Subdistricts, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan Province, and about 20 km. to Suvarnabhumi International Airport. AIES is developed in three phases, totaling 4,000 Rai (640 hectares) of land, of which 3,020 Rai (483 hectares) of land is salable.
