Langsuan is considered one of Bangkok’s most prime locations, boasting some of the highest land prices in the country. Prices in Langsuan are rising in parallel with the Area’s Potential with an average new launched Prices increasing by 18% per year. The average launch price increased from 100,000-150,000 baht per square meter in 2004 to 350,000 baht per square meter in 2018. As for freehold condominiums, it is possible that condo prices could rise as high as 600,000 baht per square meter in the future, based on current land prices that are being traded at more than 3 million baht per square wah.
