Qualifications
- Good personality, Human relations and service minded.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- English/Thai speaking (can speak Chinese would be advantageous)
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in real estate.
- Able to work in Phuket.
- Know Thai culture very well. (Knowing about Phuket very well would be advantageous)
Responsibilities

- Able to do Marketing plan
- Present, promote and sell products or services to customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Coordinate with customers
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
