JCK International Public Company limited (JCK International) former Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited) was established in 1977, by a joint venture between The Industrial Finance Corporation of Thailand (IFCT) and the England-based Commonwealth Development Corporation (CDC).

OVER 30 years OF EXPERIENCE

Our company had been listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1991, in the property development classification and became a public company in 1994. Currently, JCK International has increased its registered capital to 3,324 million baht for company investments.

Till today, our company core business aims to develop partial of land in Chachoengsao Province for industrial estates purposes and ready-made standard factory both for sale and rent in the industrial estates.

According to the 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Thai Factory Development Public Company Limited held on April 27, 2018, resolved to approve the change of the Company’s name is JCK INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED The change has already been registered with the Department of business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
